About the Event
As seasons are changing and Winter steps back to make room for Spring, our body, mind and spirit are changing too. The energies of Air and Space are diminishing and the energies od Earth and Water are becoming predominant.
In this 5 days event we will prepare our body, mind and spirit for the beautiful transformation to blooming Spring as we flow with Nature's rhythms.
We will have 2 days preparation before the event, followed by 5 days of detox and 2 days post detox. We will start by sitting in silence and gentle mindful meditation, including Yoga Nidra, practicing controlled breathing to bring more vitality, and gentle yoga poses, we will continue with 3 days of food detox. I will share with you simple ayurvedic recipes, combining easy to digest foods, herbs and spices. We will steep and sip yummy herbal teas and will honor our bodies with beautiful daily self care practices.
I am offering 2 days bonus after the detox as time for reflection, when we will connect and answer any questions about anything and everything at all. Open conversations and journaling are welcomed and I will guide you every single day, every step of the way.
I will provide you with a shopping list and a list of "what" and "how to" of all practices shared during the detox.
We will meet on Zoom every day for 1 hr starting Sunday, March 26 and we will end at the evening of Saturday, April 1st. The 2 bonus days are optional and I hope you will take advantage and join in.
All sessions will be recorded and for later viewing. All materials you recieve are yours to keep and share.
