Heather Luhmann
My quest to live my essence started when I was asked: What brings you happiness? What are your passions?

Absolutely nothing came to mind. After years of constant activity, raising kids, caring for aging parents... I had arrived at a place where I wasn’t sure who I was or what I wanted. The awe, happiness, and wonder had been replaced with a low-grade numbness. When had this happened? I went on a quest to reclaim myself and found mindfulness and meditation which have helped me remember my essence. I am forever grateful!

I am a therapist, trauma specialist, and meditation instructor. I am passionate about helping others to remember their essence and zest for life by introducing them to the practice that has changed my mind.

My presentation will help you understand what your essence is and how you can uncover it to live a life that you love.

Linda Motyka
After 45 years in the engineering field at Walt Disney World in Florida, Linda left a successful career to pursue her spiritual studies full-time. It was at the urging of her Divine Feminine Goddess energy that she made this bold move in September 2019 just months before coronavirus became a household word and the world began to change. She later noted that the timing was no accident.

Raised as a military brat, she attended school wherever her father was stationed and never stayed in one place too long. She learned to be independent and proficient at utilizing the traits her father assured her would bring her success. As you can imagine, the gentle, tender side of her emotions were not included. For many years Linda ignored the calling of her feminine nature by suppressing her emotions and ignoring the stresses that eventually caused her body to break down. It was after surgery in 2016 that she couldn’t run away from what needed to be felt and expressed from the heart. And that was the beginning of her relationship with the Divine Feminine and eventual promotion to Goddess. Through the use of yoga, meditation, energy healing, and teachers such as Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, and the Course in Miracles, Linda found all the freedom, peace, and joy that had been missing in her life. And everything from work and health to personal relationships improved. Now she finds herself being urged to share this story and concrete advice to others on how they can begin their own journey.

Linda is a storyteller who loves to inspire others. When she’s not studying, she enjoys long bike rides on fitness trails that encourage wildlife and natural habitats and adventures like moonlight zip lining and canoeing. She also loves to draw with colored pencils and make handmade cards for friends. For at least 20 minutes a day, she turns up her music and dances with abandon. She claims it’s so good for the soul!

Lois Wax
My name is Lois Wax, a Primordial Sound Meditation Teacher, Psychotherapy counselor, and dental hygienist. I address the spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being of my clients. My background has been in health with my dental hygiene practice.

My counseling deals with the emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives. My emphasis is growth through an interdisciplinary approach. I started meditating 35 years ago with the Transcendental Meditation Program with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. I practiced for 10 years and lost the momentum. I was still looking for a guiding light and then found the teachings of Dr. Deepak Chopra.

Dr. Chopra’s teachings became my beacon to learn and grow in Primordial Sound Meditation. Eight years ago, I completed the Wagner counseling program at the American Jewish University. Since then, I have been working with the Senior Outreach Program at Providence Hospital in Los Angeles. I have used the knowledge for growth with meditation and life coaching with my clients.

Last June, I completed the Primordial Sound Meditation Enrichment and Certification Program that I incorporate with my Life Coach counseling. I hope to be of help to enrich your life with a new perspective on the immense possibilities for growth and discovery. The three-pronged approach of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being has been my journey to health, and lend my hand and experience as your guide.

Sally Dames
Sally looked up at a beautiful old Tiek wood piano from Denmark and peered onto its white keys when she was just 8 years old. She remembers sitting down and feeling like she was transported to another universe. Little did she know that music does actually transport you to a whole different level of being. After all, she already had a plastic toy zither that entertained her for hours!
8 years later at the age of 16, her parents surprised her and shipped that very piano to Minnesota where she would get her start experimenting with sound. She loved it, had two months of lessons, and noodled on notes. Then as life unfolded, sadly, she gave it up for 35 years. Now in her 50’s she has finally returned and says, “The great thing about meditation and getting beyond your thoughts is you get to see and feel more clearly the pulls that are tugging on you to ‘come home’. I feel at home behind the piano, even though I have many more years of practice ahead of me. Thank you for listening - and I hope you can drift away into your own meditation where you find your way home too.”
I am delighted to honor my friend Dayve Huckett who joined me for some spontaneous guest guitar tracks and recording my music.
