About the Event
Learn how to use the breath to balance mind, emotion and the body. Pranayama is a yogic science teaching the importance of breath regulation as a tool to bring more vitality. The breath is the connection between mind and body and by controling the external breath we can control the internal vital force.
We will lern about the many benefits of control breating and pranayama and introduce few simple practices to add to your daily self-care routine.
