Package includes 5 days/4 nights accomodations in a beautiful nature settings.
Daily schedule: sunrise Meditation, and Yoga, Group session in topics like - Pranayama, Ayurvedic life style, Receive your unique primordial sound mantra, Yoga nidra, Dance and Music. Included in the package are 2 Zoom sessions,1.5 hrs , each before and after the event.
